Mouse and keyboard on ps4 star wars fallen order

First of all, may I ask if mouse and keyboard is supported on ps4 star wars fallen order. 

Second, I can control my character with a keyboard on ps4 fallen order but the game won't register my mouse. What should I do I already contacted live agents and they told me to go to forums. BTW I already check if my mouse or ps4 was the problem but it was not.

Please comunnity mangers and moderators please help me5
