Monthly Subscriber Cartel Coins not granted

I have yet to receive my monthly CC in swtor, i should have received yesterday arround 7 AM, but still no sucess in receiving it, its been 31 days already. Is this some kind of bug or a problem  ? 

I appreciate if you guys can help, and appreciate if i receive my monthly CC, thanks.

Coins can take up to 72 hours around the subscription date, if they haven't arrived after 72 hours submit an ingame ticket.

If you scroll down to sub faq in this link it details per below

Sometimes it may take a few extra days for the coins to appear in your account, but we’ll make every effort to grant them to you as close as we can to the 30-day mark in your recurring subscription.
