Monster Energy Promo Codes not working

I'm getting a Redeem code failed error for the Monster Energy drink promo.

"This code redemption portal is for promotional codes only. Please redeem platform-specific codes on the associated platforms."

Anyone else having problems?

It looks like Respawn is fixing the issue. It should be working after Sep 14.

@absinthesdad Same error. Logged into Apex via Steam. I have all my other EA account unlocks available.

Contacted EA support, they said "I would like to inform you that here we can't locate the code, so in this case you need to contact to the retailer to locate and check." Im guessing they mean to contact Monster Energy support lmao.

the link provided “https://apexlegends.monsterenergy.com/en-ie/faqs/“ differs from the US version slightly “https://apexlegends.monsterenergy.com/en-us/faqs/“, not that it matters because the problem isnt getting the code, we were given a code but using it in game does not give us the promo item but instead the error message earlier mentioned. ive contacted monster energy support so all we can do is wait.

Having the exact same problem. I can generate the code in Monster's site, but Apex won't recognize the code in the store in-game, so I can't get my items in-game that I have theoretically unlocked. Looking forward to your update, 888rmc.
