Good day,

today someone stole me money from my bank account.

I cant log to game because i have key genator on me atm.

Can someone help me?

It was about 7 payments at row.

You definitely need to call swtor CS link to numbers  (note the USA line may be having issues)

 

You can remove the security key by following this guide  but in regards to the money you need to talk on the phone.

Hi i just came home,

if i try log in to send ingame ticket there is the mesege:

where it say i have instructon in mail but i cant fint anything in my mail. i try spam folder too.

isnt there any another way how to contact swtor?

i dont feel my wnglish for call.

If you're seeing unauthorized SWTOR payments made to your card, it's very likely that the account was picked up by our security system which prevents any further access. In most cases when this happens, the fraudulent transactions get automatically refunded, but we can't discuss details over the forums.
