Money deducted from bank but purchase cancelled for Heroes from Legend bundle

A couple of minutes ago, I had purchased the Heroes of Legend bundle for Bastila Shan and Jolee Bindo from the SWGOH in-game store. The purchase was successful as money was deducted from my bank account. However after the transaction was successful, the bank's payment window requested me to close it and so I closed that window. Immediately after this, I got the message in-game, saying that the purchase was cancelled and money was not deducted. This is wrong as the money was deducted from my bank account. Please fix this issue ASAP and send me the contents of the bundle; my ally code is 782-966-427.

I would suggest creating a new case on EA Help to get in touch with them. Make sure that you have a proof of purchase prepared.
