1/ Our latest update Modern Luxe is available now! It has some cool stuff, and the ability to turn objects 45 degrees!

2/ If you were impacted, please update your game from the app store and continue to contact @EAHelp to get your save back! Later, EA Help will then organise compensation for everyone affected by a case to case basis, working closely with our development team.

3/ These save resets have been a long lasting issue, dating from before the @TheFiremonkeys Studio were working on The Sims Mobile. We are continuously monitoring, investigating and trying to improve things but we do not think that they are fully fixed yet.

4/ However, they should now be very rare and if they do happen, please reach out to EA Help. We are getting closer but this will take time to fully fix, as it is a very complex system and it not something that can be fixed overnight.
