Missing twitch prime loot

Recently I switched over to pc and got apex with the same ea account got on and I’m missing all of my twitch prime (mostly my pathfinder and Wattson) I don’t know if this is intended or what but I miss my pathfinder skin and I’m hoping on getting it back

Hey @greenfear91. 

Were you playing a different platform other than PC? If so, your progress would not carry over between platforms. I'm afraid that you'll be starting up on a fresh account if you start playing on a different system.
