How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When you recieve a new drop on fifa when viewing the ea livestream
What happens when the bug occurs? You are notified that you have got a reward from twitch but nothing shows up on fifa, it has been over 24 hours
What should be happening instead? I should be getting the reward i recieved within 24 hours

I have contacted ea help and they have stated that My account has not been granted a reward even though i have screenshot proof that i have

I'm not sure where that screenshot is from but if you received the reward you would have been notified in-game.

As the EA Help team have already mentioned your account wasn't selected for an icon reward. I've confirmed that as well.
