Missing shards while doing reys heros journey

During my attempt at Rey's hero's journey, i had an error which caused game to reload, but was able to complete teir VII and got the completion. After it was done i saw i was missing 50 shards but now cant go back as all tiers are completed.

I had the same problem when I completed stage 4 of the commander Luke Skywalker journey. I went to the in game help option multiple times already and they haven't been able to help me resolve the issue. What can I do to get the rewards?

I had the same problem 2 weeks ago, during the challenge to have the first 15 plans of Home One, a connection error occurred validating me the challenge but no reward, so it is impossible for me to unlock the Home One 2 stars and therefore to do the challenges that come with it.
