Missing rewards and shards deducted!!!!!

I have now NOT been rewarded for about 3 territory wins and now today my Darth Vader was changed back from a seven star character to a six star character showing that 7 of my shards are missing or were deducted for some reason unknown to me or my guild and I was told from speaking with support on the phone to write to this forum for technical support to correct the missing rewards from my guild territory wars that we have won AND ALSO my 7 missing shards of my Darth Vader character. Last night 11/1 Rancor Raid, Heroic, soloed with my guild and didn't receive anything..opened a ticket, and in chat was told by EA Hari I couldn't be compensated other than a 15% discount on origin store for pc games,..[Comment Removed] Poor Poor customer service.
