Missing quests

After reinstallation of game, in the quests screen I saw a quest that gave out 10 stun gun salvage and one of the condition was to do canrina battle, since i didn't have cantina energy at that time I quit the game and when I logged back in the quest was gone. There was also one quest which gave Mother Talzin shards and 10 stun gun salvage at that time, that too disappeared. It seems that the quest system is bugged for me.
