Missing purchase of Luxe Heirloom Chest

Earlier this week I purchased (with tickets) the Luxe Heirloom Chest and see no evidence of it or its use. Help Please? Is this a glitch, or perhaps there is something I’m not seeing? Thanks for your assistance.
The chance of getting an uncommon heirloom is 30% and rare heirloom is 70%. Duplicates can be sold for purple tickets. I don't know if there is another kind of reward in this type of chest like tickets, Simoleoneans, etc. but perhaps someone else in the community knows the answer.
I opened a couple of Luxe Heirloom Chests and sold the duplicates. Notice the button Let's go. If you get a duplicate and, instead of selling it, you tap on Let's go, the heirloom duplicate will be added to your collection.
Could you open your Heirloom collection and see if there is any new heirloom or maybe a duplicate?
