Hi @oac001,

Looking over your case history I can see that you were informed that the players were added to an SBC back in September. I do not have access to the same tools the advisors do so I can only go off the information they provided in the notes on the case I'm afraid.

i'm sure you're aware that the "advisors" aren't exactly the best when it comes to reading comprehension. yes, i did submit untradeable normal 84 sane in an SBC but that has nothing to do with the missing TOTS 93 sane. 

 

i'm also starting to think "escalated up" is code for "we'll wait this case out". at this point, it's been escalated multiple times but magically keeps on getting reset/de-escalated.

haha nope. i still hop on chat support once a month or so and at least now the advisors are acknowledging the issue but the "specialists" still haven't done anything
