Missing mount

purchased a mount i selected teh several thousand do you want to make sure you bind this to you options fully did that and tada, it vanished from my inventory. I need Support to resend it to me.

First thing is I would check all of your quick bars and make sure it was not added to your quick bar for your abilities.

If it is not there, go.to your abilities page which by default you press P to open.  Then go to the Mounts section and see if it is there.

If you are still not able to find it, ensure you are logged into the character you claimed it with.  If not then email support@swtor.com with the following:

Name of Mount

Server

Character you used it on.

I had a look and  @Belgorad was indeed correct, it looks like the Mighty Kath Hound is in your Abilities window under the Vehicles/Mounts tab.
