Missing mods from Smuggler's Run event

Hi i just finished the tier three of the Smuggler's Run event recived the reward, mod ugrade salvage gear and a sets of mods, but the mods are missing from my inventory. To be clear my mods inventory is not overloaded with mods, and if it were excess stuff goes to my inbox, i am familiar with the issue.

So any idea what's happened?
