Hi,
it’s entirely possible that I was switching between my phone and iPad but this shouldn’t affect gameplay as that is a feature of the game.
Still nothing from EA as far as compensation and it cost me roughly $30 Canadian to replace. That really makes this game a risk to invest in.

I am having the same issue an ea are being real pains and not responding i know its corona virus but it doesn’t take a week!!!!

Yes, it really is a big problem. I just had my Classical Grand Piano taken that I’ve had since the beginning of the game and can’t afford to replace it. So my hobby is diminished. The problem with EA I find is that they are not willing to compensate you for your losses, or so it seems at the moment. I think all we can do is keep trying.
