Missing for you packs

Hi:

I have been playing the game for a while and only just realised not long ago there were the 1000 gem packs that one can buy.

This is because in my "for you" packs there are only 2 hero packs that I can purchase and nothing else. There is no galactic premium colossal or triumph. 

When I click on "battle now" then go into a strategy pack and click on info and get packs, then colossal and triumph comes but no galactic or premium.

How can I go about to buy premium and galatic packs?

I have emailed EA support and have no received a response for a few weeks would love to get more packs.

These packs are not in "For You" section, but in "Packs" section.

Actually I’m missing a diamond league bundle in the for you section. Before the season reset I got offered the diamond league bundle but it was later and I had 24 hours. Well today the season reset and the bundle is no where to be found. Also I hope this situation does reach the devs.
