Missing discount

It says I should have 10% off from ea play but I don’t

At the bottom of your image, I'm seeing this:



It looks like the discount is being applied. Something else you can do is go to the Xbox store through a web browser, when not signed in and view the pricing for coins so you can compare. You should see a higher amount. I'm in the US so I can't see those prices to do the comparison.
