Missing daily reward. [ Edited ]

I have not received one of my daily rewards for the newest challenge in NHL 18. The "plays of the year" set.

EA customer service checked my account and told me that I received all 13 possible, yet I am looking at a screen that shows I only have 12.

Why is this proving so difficult to just get the reward?
