Missing crystals after being charged for purchase

I purchased a "Vault of Crystals" however never received them despite still being charged for it.

Troubles ticket 44229073 logged for this issue however this has since been closed with your support team citing I have received them.

Every attempt I've made for clarification or request I've made for the supporting evidence of this has been completely ignored by your support team. Would appreciate any advice on how I can pursue this matter further given your support team are refusing to assist.
