Missing content in my game.

When I log in and play Ultimate Team mode on my xbox one, it doesn't have any content on the live tab. All it says is "Try back later for new content". The only objectives as well are stuck on "A Brady bunch of objectives"and campaign trail with quests for very high OVR players.

When I go into the store, it doesn't display any of the daily packs you are supposed to be able to purchase and use as trade ins.

Ever since I started playing I just seem to be having problems with my content missing and need help. Chat support also says that they cant help and I need to post to this help forum.

Side note, I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

Also, the weekly challenges aren't updating. I've had the same 13 challenges since installing the game.
