Missing coins

EA help is a joke. I have been in touch with 4 different people and nothing gets resolved. I tried to purchase coins and nothing happened. So I tried again and again. Now I have been charged for the coins, a total of $480 and still don’t have them. I was told to take screenshots of my account and order history. When I attach the files and start my case over,the guy always seems to “disconnect”.
