Missing all house furniture

I logged in normally and my entire house was empty. All of my furniture has gone missing and is not in my storage nor just invisible. I have restarted my device, re-downloaded the game, logged out then back in, and changed my connection. Nothing. It happened to my sister and she still hasn't received a solution. It's been a week! Anyone else have this issue?
