Missing Vinyl from the VIP Demos

I'm missing a Vinyl from being in the VIP demo. I recently wanted to try the game out again to see whats changed & to prep for the 2.0 update. After logging in I that noticed my suits had a missing Vinyl called Guardian of the Fort. I have some screen shoots of myself in game with this vinyl on to prove that I owned this item. I would like to know how I can get the item back.

@EA_Cade They sent me here to post about this as they said it was a matter that this team takes care of. Even gave me the URL to this forum.

Why is this marked "Solved" when it is 100% not. I'm getting bounced between u2 teams that they both tell me to go talk to the other one. Dont mark it solved until it is. A reply telling me to talk to someone else is not a solution.

@Azazel7108 In addition, the EA Help rep might have been suggesting you to make a post in the Bug Report section. That would get it in the right place to be compiled to send to the devs, altho the community managers so their best to get issues listed in other sections to them as well.
