Missing TB rewards

I didn't receive the TB rewards from cancelled event.

i try to open a ticket to support team but they don't pay attention to me and their answers aren't too polite.

Two partners of my guild have the same problem and we don't have any solution.

i've told the agent that I can give him all the information that he needs but he doesn't want to check anything.

can someone from EA help us?
