Never received the phantom TB rewards

The rest of my guild has been posting about TB rewards for the TB that didn’t happen last week. I have not received any, despite the forced restart a few days ago.

Should I be expecting rewards? I know there were 36 IPD shards, plus two other messages with rewards.

Will EA know to live up to the circumstances? How will EA compensate those who have been waiting for so long? How will EA balance this injustice?
