Missing Scouts

Anyone else not receive compensation for their earned, saved scouts? Mine disappeared last week, but my brother who plays told me that he was given training points for his remaining scouts.  EA support “could not do anything about it.”  Looking for feedback from anyone else with this issue.

Update:  Spoke with “Arvind” and “Shalini”, both of whom were equally useless.

They said they cannot do anything about that type of content.  Anyone know of another way to get a complaint to the right person that actually lives in the US?  Just saying “sorry” when something was taken from you without your acknowledgment is unacceptable.

Scouts ENDED ON MARCH 28th and Picks began on March 29th. any left over Scouts where transfered into Training points

Exactly.  Mine were never converted over.
