Missing Pre Order Packs

I still haven’t received the 

HUT Diamond Player Choice Packs 

HUT Synergy Veteran Choice Pack

i contacted EA help 7 times (!!!) about this and nobody seems to want to help.

I was told to log out of HUT, but that is not even something I can do, that option doesn’t exist. I was told multiple times that the packs were sent to my account but they weren’t. What do I do? I’m really frustrated about this whole situation since the game has been out for a month now and I still haven’t gotten my packs.
