Missing Paid for Content. I've been robbed. [ Edited ]

I have not been able to get the coins i paid for for 2 weeks now. The emails being sent to me are repetitive and nothing is being done to resolve my case. Several representatives have told me they see that i have not received my coins but noone is helping me. They finally told me try requesting a live chat but there isn't a place to request a live chat. This is getting very frustrating at this point. Please help me. My gamertag on xbox is
