Missing Padme's shards

1. During my attempt at Padme's hero's journey, i had an error which caused game to reload, but was able to complete teir IV and got the completion. After it was done i saw i was missing 25 shards but now cant go back as IV tier is completed.

Please, Help me with a similar problem. I’ve completed the Darth Revan hero journey on 3 stars on a category VI. Found out for some reason I’m 55 shards and other rewards short.
