I am really beginning to wonder if they are even trying to fix this? Seriously, it's been a full week since the update and still no patch for all the probleme....we are paying customers and this is completely unacceptable. We just to want to play...... You are forcing reliable, loyal fans to consider going elsewhere..... Ea fix your game!

Sorry to hear about this.
Have you tried clearing your MAC Address, and doing a hard reset on your Console?
Go to Settings, Network, Advanced Settings, Alternate MAC Address, and Clear.
Also, do you have your Xbox Live Gold updated?

I just cancelled my origin access subscription because of this bs.
Crap like this is exactly why EA is the laughing stock of the entire industry and butt of every joke for gamers worldwide.
I personally do not believe for a second that the trial is unintentionally restricted from online access. Especially after we recently discovered that EA does not even honor their own refund policy. I would bet dollars to donuts its restricted on purpose to force people to go out and purchase the full game. Which is awesome for EA because then they wont even be able to receive a refund if they end up disliking it.

I've been waiting more than a week. Please use the other thread. Hopefully all the complaints will get EA off there seats......we are being laughed at here.
