I can play the single-player campaign but I'm missing multiplayer privileges on Xbox One Battlefield V I'm in Central Time Zone Texas 11 a.m. is there anything I can do I checked everything Xbox Live EA account everything is active internet is fine took off two days from work just to play the game online with military family abroad please help

Can I ask if there any error message in game when you're trying to launch multiplayer? Do you have similar problem with any other game on your console?
I suppose you've already checked the privacy settings on your Xbox One, but I would suggest to "reset" them - just choose different settings and save them, then change them back.

Also, have you tried clearing your MAC Address?
Settings -> Network settings -> adv settings -> alternate MAC address -> clear.

I've got the same issue. Missing multiplayer privileges & unable to play online. I have a current Xbox gold membership, current EA account, have performed a factory reset, tested network & multiplayer connections, cleared/refreshed the MAC address, restarted the system several times & still can't get online to play multiplayer. To say this is frustrating is an understatement. Can EA please get this sorted ASAP. 😡

Same issue here... repeatedly having multiplayer privileges issues with Battlefield V. Electronic Arts needs to do something about this. My profile has no age restrictions and I've never had any issues with the other WA/Battlefield products. Have Premium account.
