Missing Jerry rice from madden classic.

last month me and my girlfriend drove over 3 hours in order to attend the madden classic event, we were supposed to receive a Jerry rice code for attending. Instead we were told to give our gamer tag and wait for  the Jerry rice card to hit our account. It has been over a month and I have yet to receive my code. I contacted ea costumer service multiple times regarding my missing content and got nothing more than a stiff “sorry we don’t know how to fix your problem, we’ll get back to you.” Finally today I decided to try one last time and was told there was nothing ea could do. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars playing and buying ea products and feel extremely dissatisfied and taken advantage of. Why tell your fans and customers to come support an event if you won’t even come through on your deal? Gamertag @@kayceebeasts
