Missing HUT GWC Week 3 Prizes

I have not received any GWC prize packs for finishing in the qualifiers. I already talked to someone about missing Week 1 and Week 2 rewards, but they said it was too late to fix this issue. Week 3 rewards went out recently, yet I didn't get them again. Hopefully this can be corrected this time!

Hey @BirdUp96,

A few things:

1) I just want to confirm you attempted to redeem your rewards correctly.  After each GWC week was complete, you went to the "Completed Seasons" screen.  At the bottom of the GWC season tile, it said "Results Available".  You went inside and it showed your final rank and the rewards you were supposed to get.  You left this screen and checked the Inbox and Unopened Packs screens, but there were no rewards found.  Is this correct?  If this is not correct, please follow those steps to redeem your rewards.

2) At the beginning of this thread, you mentioned "I already talked to someone about missing Week 1 and Week 2 rewards, but they said it was too late to fix this issue."  Did you speak to this person on the EA Help web site?  If so, can you please let me know what your ticket number was with them?

3) If you didn't speak to EA Help (https://help.ea.com/), please enter a ticket with them and reply to this thread with the ticket number.
