I have been unable to access MUt for 6days now.....I never received a email stating I was banned let alone WHY I was banned......when this first happened and for four days the ToS team and EA help confirmed that I didn't have a ban....this must be a false ban.......I then waited all this time....still did my GMMs for packs.......this morning I had four emails all stating that they reviewed my case.....the emails said now the I was banned and nothing will change......WHAT!!.....HOW!!?.....WHEN?.....WHAT!?......I don't even own a computer to cheat...I've never bought coins and I was never mean.....what did I do that warrants a permanent ban...WITH NO WARNING...... permanently banned with absolutely no explanation is really hard to deal with......never have I done anything NEVER NEVER MEVER.....I know I never did that is why ive been all over here for days......I knew this was a mistake.....and now I have no idea what has happened......I call EAHELP this morning and she tells me AGAIN that there is no ban and that the case was never escalated.......I argued with her and said there is no way I have these emails.......she told me no....and that she will escalate my case because no they haven't sactioned my account.........I have no idea how any of this happened or who I hurt so bad for them to put me through this....someone please help
