Missing Crypto Heirloom

How are you guys doing this morning. I’ve been playing Apex on the Xbox console since season 4 and it’s literally been the only game I play. I’m not a huge fan of battle royals but I’ve grown to love apex and I’ve gotten better each season. I recently received heirloom shards and instantly went to purchase cryptos heirloom set being that he’s my main. I have the intro quip and pose but my heirloom is nowhere to be found. I can’t use it in pubs , ranked , the shooting range or arenas. My gamer tag is NewJerseyCon59 please get back to me as soon as you can. I can send pictures to show the proof.
