Missing Audio

My game have an audio problem. Normally when in a cop chase, the cops will talk on the radio but since last month those talking have been gone. In several driving missions the characters also dont say anything when they're supposed to say something. I also noticed that when i'm freeroaming, story characters will sometimes talk via radio but now there's nothing but silence. Is there a solution for this? i have tried re-downloading the game but to no avail. My platform is PS4
