Missing Apex coins

I've brought 3000 apex coin on steam on the 28th of July. Ive tried to contact EA support, basically they just told me to contact steam support and there is no option for me to contact steam support as on the forum of steam support it says to contact EA support. What should i do can someone help me.

Sorry to hear you've had trouble getting your Apex Coins. This should definitely be something our support can check into for you, though we are unable to review or make any changes here on the forums.

 

If it's been more than 24 hours since the purchase, please be sure to try the following steps:

 

  • Sign out of Steam (don't just close it)
  • Close Steam via Task Manager
  • Restart the game 

In some cases it can also help to try launching Apex through the EA app rather than Steam.

 

If you've tried the steps above after 24 hours and still aren't seeing the coins however, you're correct that you'll need to speak with our support rather than Steam in this case. Please either resume a case from your case history page here or create a new case to have our support team take another look.
