Missing Apex Pack

I bought an Apex pack right before a game and didn't open it. After the game my coins were still consumed but the pack was gone. I definitely did not open it, I went through all the menus and the shop was full of default textures, so I assumed something bugged somewhere. I would like to know if there's any way to verify that my coins were spent and/or pack not opened, as well as if I can be refunded the 100 coins or apex pack.

Hey @Mike-kun-chan. 

When you've got a chance I'd recommend reaching out to the EA Help team so they can take a look at that for you. They should be able to see what might have happened with the pack you opened.
