Missing Apex Coins

Hi all,

As a lot of others are facing the same issue as I do, I have recently activated the DLC - Savior's Pack in my account which states that you will receive the Newcastle Skin and 600 Apex Coins but surprise surprise I only received the skin and the coins are missing from my account, after contacting the customer support I have been requested to create this post to find a solution as they can't help me on this matter, so here I am seeking for help and recommendations from you guys that you have had the same problem as me from what I see on the forum we are many.

Unfortunately, we're unable to add missing content here on AHQ. If you made a purchase for the Saviors Pack and didn't receive the coins, you will need to contact EA Help Support once again for assistance. They will need proof of purchase to validate the claim, so please have a look at that article and have it ready for when you contact them.
