Missing Apex Coins

I bought the 35.99 twice for the 4,000 Apex Coins with the 350 bonus. And I only received one of them. I used the apex conis I saved up and the ones I bought which came out to 6,850 conis and I have 850. Where is my other 4,350 conis? And in total I should have 5200 conis. Something needs to be done about this. I bought these conis 2-3 days ago when that grand soiree pack came out
