Missing Apex Coin, tried contacted support

I've brought 1000 apex coin with steam a while ago and it was not credited to my account. Ive contacted support and they told me to show prove with the proof of purchase. https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/how-to-provide-proof-of-purchase/ . As for steam in game purchases, you cant view receipt via steam web, the only receipt you get is via email.

Ive brought another 3000 apex coin today and it was also not credited. Please kindly update the help page.

I had the same problem with 2000 coins and i contacted EA, i could talk in chat with them but after one of three chats i couldnt do it anymore. So i tried to spam them in email that i have still the problem also putting new cases on their website, but still no one helped. So i contacted steam support and started to dealing with this problem with them. I sent them all screens of comunication with EA support, where was every evidence they needed to prove i really spent my money and told them about my problem. They could prove that i really bought the coins for my money so they  contacted EA and then i received my coins. Steam support is in this absolute gigachad and they helped me.
