Missing 96 OVR Power Up Pass

Missing 96 Power Up pass, never came once getting to level 86. Any help?

level 86 give you a new set of Level Challenges, not a power up pass.
85- the pass you are talking about 96 ovr p.u. pass. so if you don't have it..you got it at level 85 and used it
86- Level Challenges
