Milestones not rewarded/tracking

I have noticed a lot recently that I not properly tracking milestones.

Currently I have achieved 26 of the Multiplayer Milestones, but the A TREMEDOUS SERVICE milestone is only showing 24 of 26, even though I only have 4 (or 5 if you include the not tracking reward) left to achieve.

Further, as can be seen in the attached image, the CHARGED AND READY milestone shows 0 tracked, (that is 0 of 10,000 damage), and yet I've run the TX-130 quite a few times, haven gotten kills with it etc, so no idea why it shows as 0 damage.

Hey @N30NKN1GHT. For Charged and Ready that was fixed in yesterdays patch so it should be working and tracking as it should. 

For A TREMEDOUS SERVICE sounds like there is milestone that is not tracking for that challenge.

More like a couple not tracking.

four days Ago I had 23 of 26, and I can tell you exactly what the last three MULTIPLAYER MILESTONES I achieved, and in which order.

FRIENDSHIPS & RIVALRIES (the 2 v2 HERO battle)

HERO STARIGHTERS

were done a couple days ago and neither of them tracked as I was still at 23 of 26.

Then I got the TRYING THE TX-130 which gave me the message MILESTONE ACHIEVED during the match.

I'm hoping this can patched soon.
