Milestone is not unlocking for collectibles I’m the first mission?

I collected all 3, but only 1/3 shows on the milestone and I can’t collect them again. Any suggestions?

What you can do is remove your Saves for SWBF2 and try again @FirstBlueRanger  

for PC they are under your documents and on console its in local and cloud storage.
