Mico freezes while gaming

Hello.

So lately I've been experiencing weird short freezes while gaming (0,5-1sec).

So far I have noticed them while playing Apex Legends and BFV.

RIG:

Asus PRIME X470-Pro
AMD Ryzen 7 2700X
Kingston 16GB HyperX Predator DDR4
Gainward GeForce RTX 2060 Phoenix GS
Seasonic 650W Focus+ 650 Gold
Benq XL2411

Samsung and Kingston SSD

I have my windows installed on older Samsung SSD and games on newer Kingston SSD.

I have updated all my drivers and windows.

I have tried different solutions for the problem such as: trying different powerplans, video settings and so on. 

CPU and GPU temps at idle are around 30 degrees and under load they go up to 60 ish degrees.

System doesnt have any sort of hard OCs other than XMP profiles for ram.

It is getting rather frustrating, the freezes doesnt occur too often but they are still noticeable.

Any sort of ideas / fixes are much appreciated.

Might be some server/connectivity issues.. If they occur at certain time for sure its something with the servers..

i dont have ur high end hardware but if i had it and thought it had something to do with pc i would check virtual memory (automatic page size) and since gpu has 6gb of vram i would set it to 4 or even 3

I actually updated the firmware of my kingston SSD, seems like it has atleast made the freezes less frequent.

Will check your suggestion too tho!
