Error code 721

Summarize your bug Every time I start up battlefront 2 it says "connecting..." after a couple of seconds of that, it says "You are offline! Connect to online blah blah... Error code 721" . It will not let me play online at all. No matter what screen I am on when I try and connect I get the same outcome. It doesn't matter how many times I try, I get the same outcome. I just want to play the game I payed for. Yes my aim drifts too, yes the force abilities hardly work, yes Darth mauls light saber throw doesn't connect 90% of the time. But I have to be able to PLAY the game in order to experience those bugs. I have not been able to play since the update came out and I was super bummed. Please fix this! EA is on the right track as of now.

Same here. In L.A. and 721 all day, every day. Going on day 6! [Xbox One]

At this point, it feels like an apology crate is in order, to remedy all the missed dailies, not to mention the credits missed from game play.  You know, after the issue gets fixed of course.  Speaking of, would someone care to confirm if the issue has been isolated or not?

5pm Tuesday still down since Friday. Still no word from anyone for hours. Error 721 all day long again. Why is this starting to feel like the South Park episode S18E7 "Grounded Vindaloop".

I have had the same issues for the past 4 days. I have to push down on my right joystick and it still tells me error code 721

Finally able to connect, had to hit the connect button but now I'm in!
