Medal count on a loss..

I could be wrong, but has something changed with the way medals are handed out for a win versus a loss?  A win (non 3 game streak) is around 15-18 medals.  Over the last few losses i've lost between 20-25 medals?  How does the system measure how many medals to take away??  Maybe this could be put in as an enhancement, but I've never understood why winning 1 match, then losing one match basically puts you back even.  If this is the case there is no initiative to want to keep playing IMO.  A win should be 18-20 medals and a loss should be 13-15.

Not to mention on my previous tickets that still go on unresolved, you'll lose medals when the game crashes right before a match too...

Number of gaining/loosing medals is between 10-25. (without streak bonus)

Also It is determined by medals of faction, played by you and your opponent.

When you beat opponent who has more medal than you, you can earn more medal

However, when you are defeated by opponent who has less medal than you, you should lose more medal.

In my experience, When i meet opponent who has less than 200 or more medal, I could earn only 10 medals and lose 25 medals.
