Maxed C3PO seen as not completed issue

For several months, C3PO is showing "+3" red dot like if it was not completed at its maximum (see IMG_0240.jpg). 

However, all C3PO options are at its maximum (see IMG_0241.jpg). This toon is even Relic.

So the game sees this toon as NOT completed. 

The impact is that I'll not be able to participate to Jedi Luke Skywalker event because C3PO is seen as not meeting the minimal requirements (see IMG_0242.jpg). 

CG client update didn't solve the issue. The issue is remaining for several months.

I need your help to solve this issue.

@Firouzeh_2002 It looks like you can upgrade C3-P0's bottom ability, Fretful Mediator.

He has seven abilities. You need to scroll down his abilities to see the last one. 

Incidentally, you don't need to upgrade it to participate in the Jedi Luke event. Once you reach relic 3 on C3-P0 he'll show as available.
