Matchmaking server don't get more than two teams and match starts. [ Edited ]

I am facing a problem from the last week that I am not able to play a normal match with around 20 teams. Everytime I go for matchmaking, I get only around two or three teams in total to play with. The game starts with these two teams and ends as soon as the other team gets killed (as if it was a normal game nearing the end but with full map open). Everything else is still same and problem less.

The only thing is the two teams are roaming in the whole open big map. 

Now what I did to solve the problem :

1. I did all that was said by the technical help team like clearing cache, reinstalling the game and all that.

2. I found that the problem is with my account as the same problem is occurring when I play with my account in other laptops! While my friends' account works well and they are able to play a normal game with normal matchmaking even in my pc.

I have attached a pic that shows how I get to fight amongst only two teams! 1/2!

Please help. I don't get it what kind of strange problem it is.
